Application Procedures

  1. Schedule an appointment to tour our schoolhouse.
  2. Schedule an interview for you and your child to view a classroom and talk to our Directress.
  3. Complete an Application Form. You will receive the application form after the parent/child interview.
  4. Turn in the application with a $75 registration fee that will be counted towards the last month's payment. This fee will hold your child's place.
  5. You will receive an acceptance letter, a copy of our parent handbook, and an enrollment contract. Please read the neccessary info and return the enrollment contract with the first month's payment.


Payments are to be made on the 1st of each month, no later than the 7th or a late fee will be incorporated. Tuition may be paid in a lump sum or divided into ten (monthly) installments, amounts stated in the enrollment contract. Annual tuition paid in full by September 1 will be discounted by 5%. We do not take credit cards, so please make checks payable to:

Newcastle Montessori Children’s House.

NOTE: Absences, vacations, and sick days will not be discounted from tuition. Additionally, if the child is withdrawn before the school year ends, or if child is asked to leave, the registration fee and any payments made are non-refundable.

All programs are 5 days per week.
